Navy Seal to Keynote April 2024 IWLA Industry Event
Oct. 17 (Des Plaines, Ill.) – The International Warehouse Logistics Association (IWLA), the only trade association focused on the needs of third-party warehouse operators, tapped former Navy Seal Mike Sarraille as its 2024 convention keynote speaker. The IWLA Convention & Expo is April 21-23, 2024, in sunny Orlando, Fla.
Sarraille’s career spans military service and business leadership. He is a recognized authority on leadership, culture, and high-performing teams. He is co-author of the best-selling book “The Talent War.”
Warehouse logistics leaders convene each spring for the IWLA Convention & Expo. With the theme “2024/7: Your Warehouse Never Sleeps,” the event will showcase how to lead thriving and fast-paced warehousing companies. The convention includes the IWLA Golf Classic Tournament and an expo of the top providers to the warehousing industry.

Sarraille served as a U.S. Navy SEAL officer and as an enlisted Recon Marine and Scout-Sniper. He led groundbreaking combat operations, including pivotal roles in the Battle of Ramadi in 2006 and the Battle of Sadr City in 2008 while assigned to SEAL Team THREE. Subsequently, Sarraille was handpicked for a mission-critical assignment to the Naval Special Warfare Development Group (DEVGRU), where he played a vital role in supporting global counter-terrorism efforts. His exceptional service record includes 10 combat deployments and numerous accolades, including the Silver Star, six Bronze Stars for Valor, two Defense Meritorious Service Medals, and a Purple Heart.
