Duke Realty Adds to Acquisition Team in Southern California
Duke Realty Corporation, announces that Isaac Lau has joined Duke Realty’s Southern California market team as assistant vice president of acquisitions. Lau brings more than 10 years of commercial real estate and financial experience to his new role implementing Duke Realty’s strategy in Southern California, a key growth market for the company.

Lau joins Duke Realty from Gemdale USA where he served as director of investments for the West Coast. He was responsible for sourcing, underwriting and executing more than $500 million of office, multifamily and senior housing transactions. Prior to joining Gemdale, Lau was a corporate finance senior analyst for OpenX and an investment banking analyst for The Spartan Group. With a Bachelor of Science degree in management science from the University of California, San Diego, Lau is currently completing his Master of Business Administration studies at the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
