Wagner Logistics, a nationwide provider of third-party logistics, announced today its acquisition of Fulcrum Logistics, Inc., a regional provider of warehousing services, specializing in food and beverage storage and handling, in Portland, Ore. The acquisition of Fulcrum will expand Wagner's offerings in the food and beverage sector by leveraging Fulcrum's relationships with blue-chip customers while capitalizing on Fulcrum's key service capabilities.
