Total Distribution, Inc. (TDI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Peoples Services, Inc., has been honored with a 2025 Family Business Achievement Award by Smart Business Magazine. The Family Business Achievement Awards celebrate organizations that successfully balance strong business performance with family values and demonstrate innovative approaches to sustaining long-term success.

TDI was recognized for its proven ability to develop and implement successful transition plans that ensure the family business remains strong well into the future.

As part of the 2025 Family Business Conference, held September 4 at Tri-C Corporate College East, Sibila also served as a panelist during a discussion titled “Growth, Governance, and Guts: Sustaining the Family Business into the Future.†The session explored strategies for navigating generational transitions, strengthening governance, and cultivating the resilience needed to thrive as a family-owned enterprise.

Since its founding in 1914, the Sibila family has remained deeply committed to business and community leadership. From volunteering to serving on numerous boards, TDI leadership has consistently contributed to organizations such as the Stark Development Board, Team NEO, the Massillon Development Foundation, the American Trucking Association, the Stark County Port Authority, Stark State College, the Boy Scouts of America, and NEOTEC, among others.
