IWLA is pleased to welcome Kenneth Lim as our new Data & Technology Support Associate. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Science in information and decision sciences from the University of Illinois Chicago.

During his studies, Kenneth earned second place in the 2023 NielsenIQ University Program Case Study Competition and completed projects including a Twitter sentiment tracker and a coffee sales dashboard. His skills and experience will help IWLA continue to strengthen member services and technology support.
