IWLA Regulated Goods Council Survey on EPA RMP and OSHA PSM
IWLA Regulated Goods Council is conducting a survey of IWLA members to better understand how our members are affected by various federal rules and regulations; specifically EPA’s Risk Management Program (RMP), OSHA’s Process Safety Management (PSM), and CISA’s Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS). The EPA RMP Rule requires facilities that use or store extremely hazardous substances to develop a Risk Management Plan, which must be revised and resubmitted to EPA every five years. The OSHA PSM standard emphasizes the management of hazards associated with highly hazardous chemicals and establishes a comprehensive management program that integrates technologies, procedures, and management practices to help assure safe and healthful workplaces. CISA’s CFATS is a regulatory program focused specifically on security at high-risk chemical facilities. Please help IWLA by participating in our survey. Link to Survey.
