Last week IWLA Chairman Doug Sibila (Total Distribution, Canton, Ohio) hosted Kevin Coughlin, Republican candidate for Ohio’s 13th Congressional District, for a facility visit and conversation about issues facing the 3PL warehouse industry. Mr. Coughlin — a small business owner who understands the operational and regulatory challenges our members face — discussed his approach to reducing regulatory overreach and supporting logistics employers in Ohio. IWLA members appreciated the candid dialogue and the opportunity to share real-world concerns about supply-chain resilience, workforce policy, and local economic impacts. IWLA will continue to engage with candidates and lawmakers across the political spectrum to ensure policymakers hear the perspectives of 3PL warehouse operators.
