For the first time in more than a decade, the Canadian version of the Standard Contract Terms & Conditions for Warehousing is updated. IWLA Canada’s new retained legal counsel, Clark Harrop from Dale & Lessmann, will review what makes a strong contract, communicating terms to your customers, and addressing items outside the norm, including the value-added services your warehouse may offer.
Speaker: Clark Harrop is a partner at Dale & Lessmann. He practices in the areas of corporate, franchising, licensing, distribution, supply chain and information technology. Harrop brings a collaborative and multi-disciplinary approach to working with his client’s and their business, accounting and tax advisors. He seeks to gain a deep understanding of each client’s business and proactively brings his legal insights to their business opportunities and challenges. He is IWLA’s retained counsel in Canada. This means members can all on him and his verbal advice is covered by the association’s retainer relationship.
