Colliers New Mexico-El Paso Announces 235-Acre Ground Lease Closing in El Paso

IWLA Partner Members Colliers New Mexico-El Paso and Sansone Group, in collaboration with Raith Partners, have announced the closing of a 235-acre ground lease in the El Paso, Texas market. The long-term ground lease signals the beginning of a three-phase development plan for a 3.7 million square foot Class A industrial hub near the Ysleta-Zaragoza Port of Entry, a key border crossing that allows for over 80 percent of El Paso’s northbound cargo truck traffic.

The development will be known as Rancho del Rey Logistics Park and is located at Interstate 10 and Loop 375 in El Paso. Phase One of the plan entails the construction of three buildings comprising 1.38 million square feet of new state-of-the-art industrial space. Construction has commenced with completion of Building One slated for Q4 2024.

“The El Paso market, with its strategic location, increased onshoring, and the efforts of the Borderplex Alliance, is poised to become a powerhouse location for industrial development and growth,” said Tom Jones, Colliers New Mexico-El Paso principal. “We are thrilled to have a role in this exciting new phase of growth for the market.” Learn more here.
