ACD Announces Inaugural Class of Executive Leaders Program, Graduates of 2025 Emerging Leaders Program

Last week, during its Annual Meeting, Alliance for Chemical Distribution’s (ACD) Leadership Institute announced the inaugural graduating class of ACD’s Executive Leaders program and the 2025 graduates of its two-year Emerging Leaders program.

The new Executive Leaders program builds upon the success of the Emerging Leaders decade-long success and was designed for professionals in senior leadership roles to elevate their leadership and those of their teams and organizations. Over the course of the year, participants explored the future of work in corporate America, strategies for innovation and intrapreneurship, high value influence through leadership presence, and technology to improve efficiencies. Participants attended the Washington Fly-In and the Annual Meeting to engage with other senior leaders in the industry. Now in its twelfth year, the Emerging Leaders program is made up of highly motivated professionals who are ready to step into advanced leadership roles. The program curriculum runs for two years and provides participants with the opportunity to network, develop strategic communications and leadership strategies, and attend key ACD events.

“The participants of both these programs represent some of the brightest leaders in our industry today,†said Lucinda Schofer, Chief Operating Officer of ACD. “Each program is designed to give both established executives and emerging leaders the tools to advance their communications skills, strategic decision-making, and advocacy tactics to bring success not only to their own careers and companies, but to the overall competitiveness and future of our industry. We look forward to the contributions they will make in advancing the chemical distribution industry.â€
