The Feinberg & Jones team recently announced Phase 1 construction of the Rancho Del Rey Logistics Park—a ground up, 3,700,000 square foot industrial park in El Paso, Texas.
Buildings in the first phase are scheduled to be delivered as follows:
·Building 1: +/- 652,080 SF, delivery October 2024
·Building 2: +/- 241,800 SF, delivery January 2025
·Building 3: +/- 483,930 SF, delivery Q1 2025
For the first time in 20 years, Mexico has surpassed China as the #1 exporter to the US with 20% of that trade value passing through the El Paso, Ysleta, and Santa Teresa Ports of Entry. More and more manufacturers are seeing the value of nearshoring, and Rancho del Rey Logistics Park is ideally located just 3 miles from the Ysleta-Zaragoza Port of Entry to and from Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, the busiest commercial crossing in El Paso.
