Women of Warehousing Council
A professional community for women leaders across IWLA warehouse and partner member companies — built to advance careers, strengthen leadership, and amplify the collective voice of women in the 3PL industry.
OUR MISSION
The Women of Warehousing Council supports women across IWLA warehouse and partner member organizations. Through peer support, mentorship, shared stories, and leadership best practices, the council provides a forum where women in 3PL can connect, grow, and lead at the highest levels of the industry.
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
To strengthen the ability of women leaders to lead with clarity, confidence, and impact — and to succeed in their businesses and careers.

Mentorship initiatives
Emerging female leaders are paired with experienced mentors for guidance, career development, and a networking session to strengthen those connections.
Networking events
Receptions, luncheons, and virtual roundtables allow members to connect, share experiences, and build relationships across the 3PL community.
