NEW FACILITY
Our Charleston operations recently moved to a brand-new facility, upgrading us from a Class-B to a Class-A warehouse with additional square footage, efficient route connectivity, and closer proximity to the SC Ports.
Located at 5031 Ladson Industry Drive in Ladson, SC, this facility features 230,368 square feet of warehouse space, 2 acres of yard storage, and 49 dock doors. This modern building was built to support high-volume operations while maintaining efficiency, safety, and flexibility for a wide range of cargo types.

Positioned just 11 miles from the Port of Charleston and with convenient access to major transportation routes, including I-26 and I-95, our Charleston facility enables efficient drayage, transloading, and regional distribution. This prime location helps reduce transit times and improves overall supply chain performance throughout the Southeast.
