Bringing extensive experience in technology leadership, supply chain management, and business operations, Lane will oversee AVI’s information technology strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives as the company continues to expand its operations and service capabilities.
Lane’s appointment represents another strategic investment in AVI’s continued growth and commitment to operational excellence. Having initially partnered with AVI as a consultant supporting the company’s Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation, Lane brings an established understanding of the organization’s operations, technology needs, and long-term objectives.

Lane brings a distinguished background spanning enterprise technology systems, data analytics, cybersecurity, process improvement, and technology modernization. His experience across transportation, warehousing, distribution, and third-party logistics has centered on leveraging technology to address operational challenges, improve visibility, strengthen customer service, and create efficiencies within growing organizations.
A veteran of the United States Army, Lane began his professional journey in military service, where he developed the disciplined, mission-focused leadership approach that continues to guide his career.
In his new role, Lane will lead AVI’s enterprise-wide technology strategy, with an emphasis on strengthening system integration, establishing a centralized and reliable data infrastructure, expanding operational and executive reporting capabilities, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making. His leadership will play an important role in ensuring AVI’s technology systems and digital capabilities evolve alongside the company’s expanding operations.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Lane serves as an adjunct faculty member at the University of North Florida’s Coggin College of Business, where he shares real-world industry knowledge with students pursuing careers in logistics, supply chain management, technology, and analytics.
