JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — June 11, 2026 — AVI has promoted Adam Baltzell to Head of Brokerage Services, recognizing his contributions to the expansion and development of the company’s transportation brokerage operations.
In his new role, Baltzell will direct brokerage strategy, carrier partnerships, and customer transportation solutions while overseeing a division that has become an increasingly important component of AVI’s service offerings.
Throughout his career, Baltzell has developed extensive experience in freight brokerage, transportation management, and supply chain operations. His ability to connect customers with reliable capacity, navigate changing market conditions, and build strong carrier relationships has helped establish AVI’s brokerage division as a trusted resource for shippers seeking responsive transportation solutions.
As Head of Brokerage Services, Baltzell will focus on strengthening carrier partnerships, expanding transportation capacity, enhancing operational efficiency, and creating new opportunities for customers to move freight more effectively across regional and national markets.
