As AVI continues expanding its operational capabilities and value-added logistics services, the company has appointed Tasha Mitchell as Packaging Manager to oversee the development and growth of its Packaging & Kitting Division.
Mitchell joins AVI with more than two decades of experience in high-volume distribution, warehousing, and customer service operations. Her background includes leadership positions with nationally recognized companies such as IKEA, SanMar Corporation, Gildan, and BJ’s Wholesale, where she specialized in process improvement, operational efficiency, and establishing measurable performance standards.
Throughout her career, Mitchell has supported major national and global brands including Nike, Fanatics, Amazon, and Walmart — environments where speed, accuracy, scalability, and customer satisfaction are critical components of success.
In her role at AVI, Mitchell will lead the company’s packaging and kitting operations while working directly with customers to develop customized solutions for packaging, quality control, assembly, rework, and specialized kitting projects.
