2025 IWLA Essentials of Warehousing recently concluded and it has been another successful event. The event kicked off on Monday morning with opening remarks from IWLA Chairman Daryl Lester and keynote speaker Josh Ledford, President of Spartan Logistics. Tuesday’s agenda was packed with educational sessions covering topics like: HR Basics, Transportation Law, Employee Retention, Warehouse Technology and more. Following that, attendees took advantage of a unique opportunity to visit the Port of New Orleans. The 4-day event wrapped up with sessions covering Warehouse Costs, Space Analysis, Hard Conversations with Employees, and Management Expectations.
