For the first time in more than a decade\, the Canadian version of the Standard Contract Terms & Conditions for Warehousing is updated. IWLA Canada’s new retained legal counsel\, Clark Harrop from Dale & Lessmann\, will review what makes a strong contract\, communicating terms to your customers\, and addressing items outside the norm\, including the value-added services your warehouse may offer. \nSpeaker: Clark Harrop is a partner at Dale & Lessmann. He practices in the areas of corporate\, franchising\, licensing\, distribution\, supply chain and information technology. Harrop brings a collaborative and multi-disciplinary approach to working with his client’s and their business\, accounting and tax advisors. He seeks to gain a deep understanding of each client’s business and proactively brings his legal insights to their business opportunities and challenges. He is IWLA’s retained counsel in Canada.
