IWLA Canada’s new retained legal counsel\, Clark Harrop from Dale & Lessmann\, will review what makes a strong contract\, communicating terms to your customers\, and addressing items outside the norm\, including the value-added services your warehouse may offer. \nSpeaker: Clark Harrop is a partner at Dale & Lessmann. He practices in the areas of corporate\, franchising\, licensing\, distribution\, supply chain and information technology. Harrop brings a collaborative and multi-disciplinary approach to working with his client’s and their business\, accounting and tax advisors.
