Lease Deal Brings Company’s Washington, D.C. Portfolio to 100% Occupancy
The Washington, D.C. office of Duke Realty Corporation, announces that its portfolio in the market is at 100 percent occupancy with a new lease deal at TransDulles Centre 22633. Duke Realty has secured a new deal for 24,050 square feet at 22633 Davis Drive in Sterling, Virginia.
